RankMyZ collects only the telemetry necessary to calculate competitive ratings and audit anti-cheat logs: SteamID64, PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, in-game player handle, and .ADM combat kill/damage coordinates. We never store console login passwords or private personal credentials.

2. 15 min Anti-Stream-Snipe Telemetry Buffer

To protect competitive integrity, live .ADM spatial coordinates and public spectator feeds operate on a mandatory 15 min delay. Real-time player positioning is never exposed to public APIs during active tournament matches.

3. Oklahoma Right of Publicity & Non-AI Voice Cloning

Pursuant to Oklahoma 12 O.S. § 1449, performer voice assets in the Mod Squad and SoundCraft audio banks are authentic human takes governed by signed written releases. RankMyZ strictly prohibits unauthorized synthetic voice cloning or machine learning model training on performer voice lines. Performers may revoke consent on 30-day notice.

4. GDPR Article 17 Right to Erasure & CCPA Data Deletion

Competitors may request complete pseudonymization and deletion of linked profile records, telemetry history, and notification logs. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days, retaining only records required by federal tax authorities for prize disbursements.
